Service Interruptions: a. While we will do our best to restore services as quickly as possible, we cannot provide a guaranteed timeframe for resolution.

Replacement Subscriptions: a. If you’ve been subscribed for less than 6 months and experience service disruptions due to reasons listed in point 1, we will offer a replacement subscription for the remaining period of your original subscription. b. To qualify, you must notify us within a reasonable timeframe and provide necessary information to help verify the interruption.

Customers with More Than 6 Months: a. If you've been subscribed for more than 6 months, you will not be eligible for replacement subscriptions in the event of interruptions caused by factors mentioned in point 1. b. After 6 months of continuous service, we believe you have experienced the reliability and quality we provide, which is why this policy applies.

Limited Liability: We are not responsible for any financial losses, data loss, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions or unavailability of our IPTV service.
